underwhelming experience
cramped room confusing kiosks
The room felt cramped. I booked a king room, but it barely fit the bed. furthermore, the self check-in kiosks were confusing. there was little guidance and no staff readily available to assist. it felt impersonal and inefficient.

subway station fast elevators quiet hallways
The subway station proximity made transportation simple. Fast elevators were convenient. I found the hotel generally quiet, even in the hallways.

convenient stay near hynes convention center
practical room great location comfortable bed
the room was clean and practical. everything felt brand new. the location is ideal for solo travelers like me. the bed was big and comfortable.
i had to check myself in using a kiosk. it reminded me of a fast food restaurant experience. it was not the customer service i expected.
